You have a generous 180 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

How to Request a Return:

Email us: Send your return request to support@enetime.com.
Include key details: Please provide your name, order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return. For damaged items, a photo or video helps expedite the process.
Wait for instructions: We’ll email you back with clear steps. Please don’t send anything back before receiving our confirmation.

Please note: Gift cards and final sale/promotion items (unless defective) are typically not returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about its approval.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 7 days and automatically credited to your original payment method.
Bank Processing Time: Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company might take a few extra business days to post the refund to your account.

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product or size.

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it.
After this 12-hour window, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already entered our production process.
Approved cancellations will be fully refunded within 7 days.
