Shipping Cost
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.95 for all orders within the United States. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Total Delivery Time
Each of our products is made to order, meaning your items are produced specifically for you after purchase. Please allow adequate time for both production and shipping.
The total delivery time consists of:
- Handling Time: 2 – 4 business days for production and preparation
- Transit Time: 4 – 7 business days for delivery via UPS
Therefore, the estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 6 – 11 business days, depending on your location and order volume.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once an order has been placed, it enters our production schedule.
After the handling period, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a UPS tracking link. You can track your package’s progress directly through UPS or by visiting the “Track My Order” page on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order is dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. Enetime is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 6 hours at support@enetime.com so we can assist before your order is processed.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, we will contact you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped for an additional shipping fee of $5.95. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, please note that unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
