At Enetime, each item is made to order. We begin processing your order shortly after it’s placed to ensure fast production and delivery. For this reason, cancellations can only be accepted within a short timeframe.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once this timeframe has passed, your order will have entered production and can no longer be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@enetime.com and include your order number in the email subject line. Requests submitted after the 12-hour window will not be eligible for cancellation.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please also reach out within the same 12-hour window. After this period, changes cannot be made, as your order will already be in production or prepared for shipment.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations made within the 12-hour window will be fully refunded to the original payment method. Refunds will typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
