This page explains how to cancel your order, request changes, and exchange your hoodie if something doesn’t feel quite right.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change – that’s why we allow order cancellations within a limited window.
- Cancellation window: within 12 hours of placing your order
- After 12 hours, your order will likely have entered processing and can no longer be canceled
- To request a cancellation, email us at support@enetime.com with your order number and subject line “Cancel Order”
Note: Orders cannot be canceled once a shipping confirmation has been sent.
Changing Your Order
Need to update your size, address, or color choice?
- Changes are allowed within the first 12 hours after placing your order
- Email us at support@enetime.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Modify Order”
- Include your order number and the exact change you’d like to make
If your request is received after 12 hours, we may still assist if the item hasn’t been processed – but changes are not guaranteed.
Exchange Policy
Not the right fit? Wrong color? No problem.
We accept hoodie exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging are still attached
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- The hoodie is not marked as final sale or custom-printed
To start an exchange, email support@enetime.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Requested size, color, or item
Exchange Shipping Terms
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
- We’ll cover the outbound shipping for the new item (U.S. orders only)
- Exchanges are processed within 3 – 5 business days after we receive your returned item
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Cancellation
- Custom or made-to-order hoodies (if marked)
- Final sale or discounted items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Processing Time
- Cancellations (within the 12-hour window) are processed within 12 business days
- Exchanges are processed within 3 – 5 business days upon receipt of the original item
- You’ll receive confirmation emails for both return receipt and re-shipment
