Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes – if it’s within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to make changes. Email support@enetime.com as soon as possible.

Q: Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation?
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still no email? Contact us with your name and the email you used to order — we’ll help.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to all U.S. states and territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping at $6.99 on all orders.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping time: 3-5 business days
    You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can check the delivery status in real time.


Products & Sizing

Q: How do I choose the right size hoodie?
Check out our Size Guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Q: Are Enetime hoodies unisex?
Yes – all of our hoodies are designed to be gender-neutral with a modern, comfortable fit.

Q: How should I care for my hoodie?
We recommend machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on prints.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery. Final sale and custom items are not eligible.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@enetime.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged. For exchanges, outbound shipping is free (U.S. only).
