Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided
  • The item is not marked as final sale or customized

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items with visible stains, perfume, or damage
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@enetime.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond with instructions and the return address.
  3. Securely package the item and send it back within 7 days of receiving our confirmation.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or process your exchange.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’ll be happy to process an exchange (subject to availability).
To start an exchange, follow the same steps as above and indicate your preferred replacement item.

We offer free outbound shipping for exchanges within the U.S., but customers are responsible for sending the original item back to us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will prioritize your replacement or issue a full refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your payment provider (some refunds take time to appear)
