Refund for cancellations
If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund.
After this period, production begins and cancellations can no longer be processed.

Refund for returns
Refunds are available for approved returns, whether the item is defective or returned for personal reasons.
To qualify, returned items must meet the conditions stated in our Returns Page.
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status by email.

Refund amount
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For defective or damaged items, you’ll receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
  • For non-defective returns, the refund covers the product cost only; the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refund processing time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
