Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility for returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
How to start a return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@enetime.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for return.
If the item is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly, please include photos for verification.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return label and detailed instructions.
Exchanges for defective items
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged due to manufacturing issues, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Once your exchange is approved and the defective item has been confirmed for return, you can expect to receive your replacement within 6–11 business days.
Refunds
For approved returns, refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account. The original shipping fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
