1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), once your payment has been successfully confirmed.
  • Non-Processing Holidays: We do not process orders on the following U.S. holidays:
    • New Year’s Day (January 1)
    • Presidents’ Day (February 17)
    • Memorial Day (May 26)
    • Independence Day (July 4)
    • Labor Day (September 1)
    • Thanksgiving Day (November 27)
    • Christmas Day (December 25)
  • After-Hours/Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives on time and securely.

3. Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders totaling over $150.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (time to prepare your order)
    • Transit Time: 2 – 3 business days (time in shipment)
    • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 5 business days
      Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather, carrier operational issues) beyond our control.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • International destinations

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Lost or stolen items due to forwarding or redirection requests made by the customer to the carrier.
  • Undeliverable packages returned to the sender.

Returned orders may be disposed of by our shipping partners. A re-shipping fee will apply if you’d like your order sent again after being returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or non-collection.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your order’s status.
